Position: Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Department: Mechanical Division
Reporting to: Mechanical Contracts Supervisor
Job Description
* Carry out Minor Works/Projects on contracts
* Respond to maintenance requests as needed
* Itemize work to be carried out in customers' premises
* Carry out work to the organization's high-quality standards
* Undertake additional duties as deemed necessary by management to ensure efficient business operation
Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time post, working 39 hours per week. Work will be carried out according to Irwin M&E's policies and procedures.
The company provides a company van and mobile phone.
Essential Criteria:
* C&G Level 2 & 3 Mechanical Engineering Services with commercial experience
* Full driving licence
Desirable Criteria:
* GASsafe registered
* OFTEC registered
* Experience in fault finding
* Experience in Measured Term Contracts
* Valid CSR card
