* Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
Key Qualifications:
* A strong problem-solver with analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to translate technical details into user-friendly information.
* Knowledge or experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:
o Accounting, ERP, or Business Management Software systems.
o SQL scripting, databases (SQL Server, MySQL), and associated tools.
o REST API, EDI, and other integration technologies.
o Financial and management reporting.
