Project Implementation Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Implementation Manager to join our modern and forward-thinking business in Tralee.
The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of our software solutions with clients across both the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors, playing a key role in establishing project scope and requirements in collaboration with both the client and our sales team.
The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, working independently, and adapting to changing priorities and timelines. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
* Establish project scope and gather requirements from clients in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
* Develop and implement project plans, report on progress, and identify and escalate issues to management as needed.
* Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
* Test final solutions for quality and prepare and deliver user training materials.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to run effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
* Willingness to travel to clients for onsite meetings and training, with a full driving license.
* Desirable: degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and competence with MS Office products.
