You will be responsible for the smooth, day-to-day running of our retail, deli-counter, and coffee shop services. THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITIONWhat we are looking for from you: Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments Conduct regular audits to ensure the retail unit is fully functional, clean, and presentable Ensure all team members consistently adhere to company policies and procedures Support the implementation and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all service areas Monitor compliance with company food safety standards and legislative requirements Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members, both formally and informally Act as a role model and representative of the store, setting a positive example for staff Train new and existing team members in proper customer service practices and protocols Review product quality regularly and participate in Aramark's monthly "Innovate" programs Organize, delegate, and supervise daily shift responsibilities to ensure smooth operations Ensure full compliance with Aramark Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations in the retail unit.
Follow all reasonable instructions from the Retail Manager to support overall service delivery.
