Job Title: HR Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Analyst to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As an HR Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting various projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth processes and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the HR Shared Services team to ensure operational readiness for all operational processes, old and new.
* E nsure all HR compliance obligations are met.
* Develop and implement solutions for continuous process improvement and efficiency, prioritizing user and employee experience.
* Analyze business requirements for processes and initiatives, delivering tailored solutions.
* Establish and maintain clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) aligned with team expectations.
* Analyze data trends, develop action plans, and track service delivery reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required.
* At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in shared services and/or HR Operations.
* Strong knowledge of local HR practices, processes, and programs.
* Previous experience with Workday or a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools.
