Cpl Recruitment are looking for a ER Advisor for a 6 month Contract with a Large Retail Organisation in Dublin West. The successful candidate must have 3 years HR / ER Experience.
Responsibilities:
· HR/ER advice, guidance and information to line managers and employees
· You will support the delivery of various HR reporting activities.
· Liaise with the ER Partner on escalated cases.
· Lead Policy for the organisation by creating and updating policy documentation, manager guidance and online
resources.
· Maintain and develop the policy framework and the legal compliance.
· Deliver policies and guidance which promotes a positive and fair culture within the business.
· Work closely with the wider HR team in the creation and communication of policy.
Requirements:
· 3 Years HR / ER Experience
· Strong interpersonal and time management skills
· Ability to understand and assess people information and reports
