We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our clients across the Pharmaceutical sector.
This role is focused on ensuring delivery on our client needs every time, finding the talent they need in the time they need it. In this role you will partner with our delivery teams to work on roles assigned to you. We will support you to develop sourcing strategies on who we will source, attract, and engage talent for our client. You will take full ownership of managing your candidates through the interview processes, with the support of the wider TEG team.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with our client and find the right candidates to join them. Our Client Services teams works in partnership with our delivery teams to ensure that you are set up for success to find the best talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working collaboratively with our internal delivery teams to provide a pipeline of candidates for assigned roles.
2. Develop an understanding of our client’s requirements.
3. Build out and develop sourcing strategies to attract and engage with talent.
4. Proactively engage talent and continually build talent pools to meet our clients’ needs.
5. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the clients technical & personal competencies as well as being a culture fit.
6. Manage the candidates, with support from the client services team, through the interview and offer process as requested by our clients.
7. Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey.
Requirements for this role
8. 1+ years’ experience in recruitment/ talent delivery
9. Experience within an Administration or Sales based role.
10. Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
11. Proven track record or meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
12. Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
13. Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
14. Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
