I am recruiting for a HR Executive for an established law firm based in Dublin city centre. The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and will provide effective HR support. The HR Executive will be highly organised with the ability to build and sustain working relationships across the business. The role is based fully onsite. Responsibilities: Working with the HR Manager on HR projects. First point of contact for employees on HR related issues Handling employee documentation Responsible for keeping the HR database up to date Assist in the recruitment and selection process Post and monitor job vacancies and then shortlist candidates Schedule interviews and prepare interview packs Conduct references checks Qualifications: Strong track record in HR Administration with 2 years experience in a legal or professional services environment Excellent organisations and interpersonal skills CIPD Qualification would be advantageous Understanding of Employment Law is an advantage Excellent IT and technical skills Call John Paul on Skills: HR Recruitment Employment Law Benefits: Pension EAP Income Protection
