The Project Coordinator/Business Analyst, OT Security, is responsible for supporting project delivery, change management and communications.
This is a 1 year fixed term contract role based in our Cork office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, track and own schedules and detailed project plans
2. Support project work streams across various stages of the project lifecycle
3. Effectively work in cross-functional, diverse team environments, including members of business/functional staff and external vendors
4. Meet task timelines to support realization of project benefits
5. Work with IT and product groups to identify, design and deploy technical process improvements
6. Monitor McKesson pipeline of key initiatives to identify opportunities for integration and/or manage potential risks
7. Co-ordinate and facilitate Process workshops with cross functional teams, the goal of which is to document the “as-is” processes and identification of areas for improvement.
8. Provide feedback to stakeholders and customer teams within defined project processes and procedures; recommending appropriate action
9. Review and develop quality standards and processes and overseeing compliance with those standards and processes
10. Be able to work on a number of projects simultaneously
11. Support the analysis and development of change management strategies to enable successful project deployments
12. Communicate effectively to and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
13. Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
14. Act as an ambassador and change agent with project stakeholders during implementation phases
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a similar type analytical role within a multinational organization
Critical Skills:
1. Previous cross functional project / business analysis experience
2. Experience in business and process analysis and an ability to comfortably engage with Technical teams in support of objectives
3. Excellent understanding of project management and software development life cycle concepts
4. Able to effectively facilitate meetings with remote participants
5. Experience of working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
6. Ability to exercise independent judgment
7. Ability to analyse business processes, optimise and document
8. Disciplined in planning and execution to achieve goals
9. Ability to produce concise and accurate presentations
10. Solid business analysis skills including analytical and requirements gathering
11. Logical and efficient with excellent attention to detail
12. Confident, highly self-motivated and highly organised
13. "Self-starter" attitude with the ability to excel in a dynamic, changing environment
14. Demonstrated capacity to become "expert" in new topics and disciplines quickly
15. Strong communication skills (Listening, oral and written)
16. Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment from project stakeholders
17. MS Office suite
18. Knowledge of project management tools
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
1. Ideally have a qualification in Business Analysis or Project Management
2. Working experience with Agile frameworks
3. Experience of working in lean and medical device regulated environments is preferable
4. Fluent in written and verbal English language, including well-developed technical communication skills
5. Second language an advantage

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position: €51,200 - €85,300
