Key Responsibilities
1. Work with our tenant engagement consultant BeWonder to implement an occupier engagement strategy.
2. Get to understand occupier needs as they evolve.
3. Work to promote local small businesses and on-site retailers.
4. Help our client reach their ESG & Sustainability ambitions.
5. Preparation of reports for clients and senior team members regarding the events taking place across the portfolio.
6. Working with 3rd party service providers to arrange seasonal events/activations.
7. Liaising with tenants on a regular basis regarding general operations within the properties managed.
8. Implementation and management of Health and Safety and Insurance requirements.
9. Liaising with insurance brokers with any queries which may arise.
Person Specification
1. A people person with good marketing ideas.
2. A self-starter with a can-do attitude and team player.
3. Excellent IT and organisational skills.
4. Organised person who can manage effectively.
5. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Initiative.
7. Organised task manager who can handle several regular deadlines.
