We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

3. You will manage your own team.
4. You will maintain and forecast headcount & resourcing allocation across EMEA.
5. You will coordinate the Construction program and initiatives at the global level, driving for training, adaptation, and implementation.
6. You will drive project lessons learned across Construction and develop and track best practices for global consistency.
7. You will gather data across clusters to support reporting, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, health & safety, and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
8. You will review & monitor Inspection, Observations & Incidents in Procore for EMEA wide projects and analyze to share data (leading and lagging indicators) for trends, risks/opportunities and reports to CM leadership.
9. You will connect and work with Construction Managers to prioritize health & safety in planning and execution in all phases of CM projects and ensure adequate training is provided to CMs and GCs through the H&S Program team.
10. You will run training and onboarding programs on key knowledge and tools.
11. You will monitor business impactful goals, building dashboards to show metrics for KPI reporting.
A day in the life
1. Track and monitor project risks across EMEA.
2. Manage, mentor, and support your team through prioritization, clear communication, and influence across cross-functional teams.
3. Drive audits and compliance to policies and use of tools (Procore, AWS Rev etc.).
4. Self-initiate project ideas and track to successful implementation.
5. Run continuous improvement projects spanning multiple teams.
