The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to manage our Commercial Marketing function in Ireland. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Right To Win/Why AIG Value Proposition & Industry Positioning
* Managing AIG exposure through Broker Magazine, Broker Ireland partnership, Press and Other Media Outlets
* Managing AIG events, product launches, and Innovation AIG/Broker Events
* Managing Training & Development
* Leveraging EMEA Marketing department knowledge to optimize the Commercial Marketing function in Ireland
Additional responsibilities include:
* Strategically planning, developing, and implementing various initiatives
* Internal Communication: communicating marketing and commercial strategies across the branch
* External Communication: articulating changing Underwriting or strategic actions to brokers
* Developing long-term and strategic marketing plans
* Managing campaign execution and roll-out
* Measuring and reporting on effectiveness via ROI KPIs
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in Marketing/Communications, preferably in financial services
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels
* High proficiency in MS Office
* Strategic thinking and ability to develop structured plans and metrics
