Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Management team in Malahide. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and direction while embracing and living our brand values.
About the Role:
* SUPPORT STORE MANAGEMENT IN ACHIEVING FINANCIAL TARGETS AND OVERSEE EMPLOYMENT LAW IN THE WORKPLACE
* DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, AND MONITOR BUSINESS PLANS WHILE MANAGING CHANGE INITIATIVES
* COMMUNICATE STRATEGIC GOALS THROUGH INTERDEPENDENCE AND TEAMWORK WITH SUPPORT TEAMS
* LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND ENSURE BUSINESS OPERATIONS ARE MAINTAINED AT THE HIGHEST STANDARD
* MANAGE EMPLOYEE ROSTERING, ANNUAL LEAVE, AND SECURE RECORDS
* MANAGE, MOTIVATE, AND DEVELOP TEAMS TO CONTRIBUTE TO OVERALL SUCCESS
Responsibilities:
1. To lead by example, motivate teams, and ensure business operations meet the highest standard at all times.
2. To manage employee rostering, annual leave, and maintain accurate and secure records.
3. To generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and manage P&L to reduce costs and increase profitability.
4. To promote the Brand and audit key product lines.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage change and implement business plans
* Good understanding of employment law
* Experience in inventory management and stock control
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum depending on experience
