We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team as part of a dedicated new role in the Commercial Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in due diligence processes for transactions, including document collection, review, and organization.
* Management and organisation of corporate legal documentation, such as shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements and general corporate governance documentation.
* Prepare filings for the Companies Registration Office (CRO), Táilte Eireann and other regulatory bodies as required.
* Liaise with clients, third-party professionals, and regulatory bodies, maintaining effective communication.
* Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Support the team in general administrative tasks, including managing client files, preparing reports, and attending client meetings.
* Stay up to date with changes in corporate law and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Educated to Degree or relevant Diploma Level or a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a legal or similar environment.
* Knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and business structures advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with legal management software.
* Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
