Senior / Managing QS Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Managing QS to lead the delivery of a €60m residential scheme in Louth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the successful delivery of projects from start to finish with the support of junior staff.
* Manage project costs, timelines, and quality assurance processes.
* Develop and implement cost plans, final accounts, and subcontract management strategies.
* Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* 10+ years of experience working as a QS for a main contractor.
* Proven track record of delivering projects valued €10m+.
* Excellent management and communication skills.
