Role Overview
We are a growing accountancy firm looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Dundalk team.

The Role
As a Payroll Specialist within the Firm your role will encompass a broad range of duties as are appropriate to that role as determined by the Firm, which will without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing shall include:
Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll using Brightpay software.
Review of timesheets for uploading to the payroll software
Calculation of holiday pay and statutory payments such as sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay etc.
Calculations of benefits in kind to be included in the payroll process.
Maintain pension contributions and uploading of reports to pension providers were required.
Assisting with bank transfers of salary payments.
Distribution of payslips on or before date of payment.
Ensure payroll is accurately processed and maintained in a timely manner.
The ability to meet payroll deadlines.
Processing monthly PAYE submissions to Revenue to include management of payments.
You will be responsible for a full client allocation which will require liaising with clients on a regular basis.
You will report directly to the Payroll Manager.
All other various ad hoc assignments or tasks relative to the role that may be given to you as part of your employment.

You will have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience working in a busy payroll bureau environment
