Now let us tell you about the role: Build and establish relationships with new customers.Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets set out by management.High level of knowledge about existing products and services, and what Panda provides to all new customers.Follow up on all new customers as necessary to make sure new customer accounts are set up and to get satisfaction feedback after a few days.Anticipate the needs of all new customers and address them accordingly.Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle of all residential customers.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Superior interpersonal skills.Proficiency with sales software and CRM.Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Exceptional organisational skills.Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.1-2 years of experience in sales.1+ years of experience in the waste industry, but not essential.Strong knowledge of industry standards.Confident and charismatic approach to customers.Additional Role Details: Location: Dundalk, covering most of the county.Focus: Domestic & Commercial Sales/Retention for wheel bins & skip hire.Deliveries: Responsible for delivering bins to customers upon set-up.Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Company Van: Provided for working hours only.
