Flexsource are currently seeking Saw Operatives in Coachford Business Park, Clonmoyle.
Candidates must have the ability to perform in a high paced environment.
They will be required to work as part of a team to assemble components in the factory, while ensuring that the factory is operated in an efficient and safe manner.

Saw Operator Duties
1. Set up and operate a variety of saws to cut metal and other materials
2. Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications
3. File, grind and smooth rough edges and surfaces
4. Read blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions
5. Select and install saw blades and other attachments according to specifications
6. Maintain saws, checking and replacing worn blades, drive belts and other parts
7. Keep records of daily production
8. Examine finished work pieces for defects
Saw Operator Requirements
9. Ability to read technical drawings
10. Experience in the operation of saws
11. Knowledge of safety procedures
Saw Operator Skills
12. Ability to read engineering drawings
13. Knowledge of safety requirements
14. Experience in operating saw machinery
15. Highly motivated
16. Attention to detail
17. Able to work with minimal supervision
Working Hours : 39 hours p.w. - Monday to Thursday (8am to 4:30pm), Friday (8am to 3:30pm)
Starting Date: Immediate
Rate of Ray : 16.00-20.00 € per hour (depending on experience)
