Additional Facilities
The hotel features a crystal-adorned banqueting suite perfect for wedding days, seating up to 400 guests, meeting rooms, and Stir Bistro.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent standards of excellence in Banqueting at The Diamond Coast Hotel.
* Meet, greet, and serve guests to a high standard.
* Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times.
* Deal with guest requests in an effective and timely manner.
* Upsell products and services.
* Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside.
* Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace.
Essential Requirements
* Must be available during weekdays and weekends.
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
* Available to work weekdays and weekends.
* Must perform well in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations.
