Medforce are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Clerical Officer III to join our client’s Business Support/Case Conferencing Team in Letterkenny, Donegal. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to facilitate child protection case conferences, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and effective communication among stakeholders.

Our client’s Business Support/Case Conferencing Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that case conferences and administrative processes run smoothly, enabling frontline professionals to provide the best possible support to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for child protection case conferences, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant documentation.
* Accurately record and transcribe minutes of case conferences, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Liaise with social workers, external agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate case conference logistics.
* Maintain and update case files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for authorized personnel.
* Assist with general administrative duties, such as handling correspondence, managing databases, and supporting office operations.
* Ensure adherence to agency policies, procedures, and statutory requirements related to child protection and safeguarding.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven administrative experience, ideally within a child protection, social care, or public sector setting.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including minute-taking experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
