Job Description
We are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a well-established client in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
Our client is renowned for providing the highest quality of cuisine and hospitality, excelling in customer service.
As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef, organizing and running the service smoothly, and managing the team.

This restaurant has an excellent reputation for food and service, with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele, located in the tourism hub of Dingle.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, work within a team and independently
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends
Packages Offered
A competitive salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
