Digital Marketing Manager Opportunity
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will be responsible for scaling our Partnerships & Brand Activations program by developing and executing a global event acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Event Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the execution of event marketing campaigns, including webpage development, email creation, audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and reporting.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams such as design, content/localization, email operations, lifecycle, and social media to ensure timely asset delivery.
* Track Campaign Timelines: Maintain documentation and proactively flag potential risks or blockers.
* Manage Tracking and Attribution: Oversee daily registration and dashboard updates, cancellations, and email alias management for events.
* Support Sales Enablement: Maintain client invite lists, update toolkits, and manage Slack communications.
* Execute Global Event Acquisition Strategy: Drive pipeline growth and expand the firm's marketable database.
* Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly, assessing event, program, and annual impact.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience: 7-10+ years in event marketing, marketing operations, or related areas, with knowledge of live event production preferably at a large company or agency.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing operations, including email campaigns, database management, and digital marketing.
* Project Management: Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Language Skills: Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple regions, including Europe, and working in the localization of multiple languages.
* Software Knowledge: Familiarity with software such as Asana, Jira, and Wordpress. Experience with Google Analytics and Tableau is a bonus.
* Sales Enablement: Experience working with sales teams, particularly in sales enablement, supporting outreach and lead management.
Travel Requirements
Potential for up to 20% travel globally (seasonal).
