About the Role:
My client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Dublin City Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of office maintenance, including cleaning, security, ground maintenance, catering and food services.
2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
3. Coordinate with external vendors for services such as cleaning, security, and IT support.
4. Manage and optimize office space utilization, including moves and changes.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. General office admin duties, providing support to the wider team as needed.
7. Assist with office events and employee activities.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with building management, vendors, and employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Proven experience in a Facilities Coordinator or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Experience with building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
6. A strong customer service orientation.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
