The Bid Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating essential proposal operations to drive our business success.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Effectively identify, interpret, and organise proposal requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria to align responses with client expectations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organise information required for bids, proposals, and presentations.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
* Track and analyse proposal performance, compiling data on wins and losses to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in the proposal process.
