As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers via phone and email to provide assistance and address their inquiries and concerns
* Listen actively to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
* Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty
* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* Empathy and the ability to understand and address customers' needs and concerns
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
* A positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-centric approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
