Junior Customer Support Agent – Night shift (5pm - 1am)
Our client, a Galway based Health Technology Company, seeks to hire multiple Customer Support Representatives. This is a permanent role reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
This role could also suit a new graduate coming from a Business Course who is looking to kick start their career in a multinational environment with ample opportunity to learn and grow.
There will be an initial training period with 9 – 5pm hours before moving to an evening shift model after training. This role will be Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding the company's products, including but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds, etc.
* Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
* Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.
* Working in a safe manner at all times.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
