Accounts Assistant Ballyclare £31,000 + Benefits Full-Time | Office-Based A long-established business in the commercial vehicle and machinery sector is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team at their Ballyclare HQ.
The Role Youll support the finance function with a variety of responsibilities, including: Managing the Accounts Payable process and supplier reconciliations Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts and journals Handling employee expenses, VAT returns, and balance sheet reconciliations Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and supporting stock control processes Ensuring month-end deadlines and KPIs are met efficiently What You'll Need Part or fully qualified (IATI / CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent) or 3+ years of solid accounting experience with the listed duties Strong experience in finance duties (including management accounts is a bonus) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) Experience using accounting software Detail-oriented, analytical, and a great team player Why Apply?
