Our client, a well-established hospital in Westmeath, wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager Infection Control. This is a CNM3 Grade position.
1. Be a Registered General Nurse and registered with the NMBI.
2. Hold an Infection Control qualification.
3. Must have excellent patient care to a high standard.
4. Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Infection Control experience is essential as this is a CNM3 Grade.
6. Be computer literate.
7. Up to date knowledge in best practice for issues relating to Infection Control.
8. Must have excellent management skills.
9. Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
10. Approachable manner.
11. Have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
12. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
13. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the specialist area of IPC.
14. The candidate must demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
