Job Title: Project Co-Ordinator
Department: Mobile
Reporting to: Project Manager
Location: Dublin
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Attend weekly meetings with customer representatives to agree and confirm schedule for required works for following week
* Arrange access for planned and emergency maintenance works
* Co-ordination and scheduling of planned works and out of scope works for customer covering sites nationwide
* Updating company trackers submitting weekly and monthly reports to Line manager
* Materials and spares procurement for scheduled works (liaising directly with suppliers)
* Compilation and submission of all required health and safety documentation for scheduled works
* CRQ and task creation when required
* Reporting/managing issues daily
* Available to act as On Call Manager / Engineer as per the On-Call Rota.
* Liaise with VF DNOC and assign tickets on remedy, order parts, submit access and engage engineers to attend site.
* Assigning remedy tasks to engineers
* Logging and tracking planned ESB power outages, dispatching engineers with mobile generators to sites.
* Providing daily updates to VF on completed jobs
* Keep financial records for the CAPEX project (of out of hours charges, materials, and deliveries)
* Creating monthly CRQ’s for generator maintenance and site inspections
* Conducting safety audits with engineers
* SIP management - compiling and publishing Site Inspections on weekly basis
* Being a part of the response team for major storms and weather disasters
* Eir forecasting for planned works, ordering clerical works
* Compiling weekly figures of Capex works for client ORM
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in similar environment
* Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to produce data on spread sheets
* Experience in Telecoms
* Displays leadership skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate confidently with employees at all levels
* Excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
