Key Responsibilities:
Achieve business targets for life, pension, and investment services.Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to identify and prioritise their financial planning needs.Build and nurture both internal and external relationships to grow the financial solutions business.Maintain high standards in professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.Take responsibility for personal and professional development by proactively improving sales, technical skills, and industry knowledge.Qualifications:
Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent.Recognised qualifications such as QFA or CFP.Experience & Skills:
Proven ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions for investments, life, and pensions.Strong self-starter with a high level of energy and initiative.Sales experience, either with intermediaries or direct to the public.Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.Strong customer relationship management, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.Effective planning and organisation in managing competing tasks.Problem-solving and decision-making ability, knowing when to seek support or take decisions independently.Results-driven, focused on achieving and exceeding targets.Compliance:
This role is a Controlled Function (CF 3 & 4) under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity Regime, and you must comply with these standards at all times.
