Role Overview: The Head of Real Estate will be responsible for the strategic management, acquisition, development, and optimization of the companys real estate portfolio. This individual will drive operational excellence across the real estate function, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives while maximizing property value and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Acquisition Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans aligned with business goals. Build and maintain a high-performing real estate sourcing team. Liaise with CEOs and CFOs to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines. Real Estate Fit-Out Lead planning and budgeting for fit-out projects. Oversee contractor selection and management. Ensure fit-out projects meet business and client needs. Real Estate Maintenance Implement proactive and reactive maintenance strategies. Drive sustainability initiatives for environmental impact improvement. Align maintenance standards across the company. Real Estate Compliance Ensure properties comply with building regulations and codes. Manage sector-specific compliance requirements. Oversee safety processes and policies. Real Estate Portfolio Maximization Optimize utilization of real estate assets for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Align property decisions with growth strategy. Identify opportunities for procurement synergies and subletting. Commercial & Investment Planning Develop and oversee real estate financial planning. Ensure effective cost control and resource allocation. Assess and prioritize investment opportunities --- Key Qualifications & Experience: Degree Qualified; a qualification in Property Management, Real Estate or PSRA licence holder is an advantage. 10+ years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, and asset management. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio optimization. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and building codes relevant to the sector. Experience with sustainability initiatives and environmental impact improvements in real estate. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. --- Property Portfolio Overview: Property portfolio is predominately residential properties used to provide Health and Social Care services, with additional commercial property to include clinics and some office Buildings Significant investment made in property acquisitions and renovations. Ongoing annual maintenance costs to support an expanding portfolio. Current real estate portfolio expected to nearly double under the 3X growth strategy.
