We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Engineering to lead and oversee all engineering operations at our client's food production facility. Reporting to the senior leadership team, this role is critical in ensuring the engineering function runs efficiently, on time, and while adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Ensure timely completion of engineering schedules
* Maintain facility standards
* Oversee capital investment projects to support business growth
The successful candidate will drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, compliance, and cost improvements to optimize site performance. A strong focus on quality assurance, compliance, and cost management is essential to ensure the department operates efficiently while meeting all regulatory and environmental requirements.
