Territory Sales Manager
Our client, a long-established Irish company with significant market share & an existing customer base, have engaged with us in CPL to support them in the hiring of an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their team but specifically to concentrate on the Munster region.

The Job :
As a key part of the sales team, you will primarily be responsible for new business development in your region as well as managing & growing the strong existing corporate client base, supporting the launch of new products & services to market & delivering on targeted growth plans across the region.
In addition to the above you will also research & identify new business opportunities, understand competitor offerings, prepare sales KPI reports, liaise when needed with colleagues in other territories & support the Sales Director in their strategic sales duties.
Your Skills & Experience that we need :
1. 3rd level qualified ideally in business studies, commerce or a related discipline.
2. 3-4+ years field sales/business development experience ideally with a commercial/B2B focus.
3. Experience in selling in the construction, hardware or related sectors would be an advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with customers at all levels.
5. Strong IT knowledge & ability to multitask across different product ranges.
6. Full & clean driving license.
The Offer :
The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, of 37.5k with OTE expected to range to approx. 55k. In addition there is a company vehicle, phone, fuel card & further education & training supports.
Territory to be covered will focus on Munster, with occasional calls in the Galway city area, so candidates can be based anywhere across the province.
