We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Clinical Support Specialist within the Southern Region, working from your own home and travelling to visit customer sites.
Responsibilities:
* Working in partnership with the Area Business Managers to deliver IV Sales targets through clinical expertise; IV product demonstrations; IV product trials and rollouts.
* Follow up on leads from sales reports and ensure customers are competent in using the range.
* To support the National Clinical Training Manager to design, implement and deliver training in any product category as per business needs.
* To establish key educational contacts with all contracted accounts, developing and maintaining good customer relationships.
* To deliver monthly Venepuncture and Cannulation training sessions to contracted customers within the region.
* To book and record all customer-facing training and maintain a full diary.

* Five years of clinical experience
* Thorough knowledge of ANTT; IV Cannulation protocols; and infection control guidelines.

* Ability to plan, implement and evaluate training, make improvements, and feedback learning to the nursing team.
* Ability to recognise different learning styles and adapt to meet the needs of the learners.
