Job Description:
We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to enhance our employer brand and talent attraction strategies. This 9-month contract role will play a key part in developing marketing-driven recruitment initiatives to engage and attract top talent.
About the Role:
You will be part of our Recruitment team, focusing on understanding our target audience and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, develop compelling content, execute multi-channel campaigns, and enhance employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital channels to attract top talent.
* Identify and explore new sourcing channels to reach diverse talent pools both nationally and internationally.
* Use web analytics and behavioral data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize conversions, and enhance the candidate experience.
* Partner with recruitment managers to understand business needs and tailor messaging for target audiences.
* Manage content and contribute to the continuous improvement of our careers platform.
* Plan and execute recruitment events, including content curation, logistics, promotion, and performance tracking.
