Project Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our team during a busy period of international events. This is an initial 2-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee and executive travel and accommodation requests in a timely manner, according to project schedules.
* Assist with arranging travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and hotel reservations, as well as preparing itineraries.
* Provide administrative support to the Project Team, including managing client and stock databases.
* Coordinate logistics and organization for events.
* Participate in implementing communication strategies with external vendors.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with high organization and comfort working alone and in a team environment.
* Experience in events or communications roles is highly beneficial.
* A background or keen interest in events, design, or art is also advantageous.
