Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire HR Function across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategic initiatives that align with our company vision and goals.
* Lead recruitment activities to attract and retain high-quality candidates across all organisational departments.
* Design and execute training programs to improve employees' skillsets and career progression opportunities.
* Act as a specialist HR advisor on employee relations issues.
* Conduct HR reporting to monitor retention, recruitment costs, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience at HR Manager level.
* HR Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
