Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for one of our clients based in Co. Limerick.
Your main responsibility will be to manage and lead the overall running of the business, which will include managing and meeting targets. You will also be required to report to the CEO of the company on a regular basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive sales and growth within the company.
2. Evaluate market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
3. Develop and manage the budget for the pharmacy group, ensuring financial targets are met.
4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
5. Oversee the implementation of customer service policies to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for patients.
6. Implement and optimize the use of technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous experience as a General Manager is essential for this role.
2. Strong business, operations, and financial background.
3. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and time management skills.
4. Proven track record with the ability to lead a team.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
1. A competitive salary of €80,000 – €100,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
2. Bonus structure.
