We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our F&B operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing day-to-day F&B operations to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment.
* Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
* Knowledge of food and beverage trends and customer preferences.
The role:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including our restaurant, bars, and room service.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to design menus that meet guest preferences and reflect current food trends while staying within budget.
* Manage budgets, control costs, conduct weekly/monthly stocktakes, and ensure profitability by analysing financial performance, sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Work alongside the Operations Manager to recruit, train, and supervise a team of F&B staff, ensuring high standards of service, professionalism, and productivity.
* Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers and group purchasing to maintain a high standard of quality and timely delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and alcohol service legislation.
* Ensure excellent customer service by coaching staff on how to exceed guest expectations and take steps to identify and support training needs.
* Ensure effective communication of all relevant information and issues with all relevant staff during and across work shifts.
