IT Support Engineers work with Amazon teams to provide and support the IT equipment and services they need.
We treat Amazon employees as our customers and provide timely, accurate, and professional support.
A successful IT Support Engineer excels in a fast-paced, team environment and possesses excellent communication skills.
They have a high degree of technical aptitude over a large scope of IT software, hardware, and networking disciplines.
Regular activities include:Windows/Mac OS deployment and supportUser hardware/software/peripheral support Helpdesk/OnsiteHardware procurement and asset managementLAN troubleshooting and supportInfrastructure administrationCreating and maintaining documentationAbility to manage ambiguous projectsMentoring and handling escalations from junior techniciansBASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experienceHigh school or equivalent diploma2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experienceFluency in both written and spoken Korean and English is required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of computer networking experienceExperience supporting video conference and teleconference equipmentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
