Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Department Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity based in Limerick for a dynamic individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries to ensure a controlled and manageable schedule of meetings.
* Make online purchases for the Engineering Team.
* Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring preparation of relevant documents in advance.
* Handle incoming invoices and route them for relevant approvals, responding to invoice queries.
* Enter data to ensure records are maintained up to date, accurate, and in compliance with general policies and procedures.
* Serve as the liaison with other departments in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational activities and issues.
* Oversee and book all travel arrangements and accommodation requirements.
* Provide high-level administration support to the Senior Management team and Engineering team.
* Draft communication documents.
* Develop accurate, well-presented reports and presentations in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a Senior Administrator/Executive PA/Department Admin role is essential.
* Experience in a multinational environment is highly desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Calendar, and SharePoint.
* A flexible approach to work and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
