Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality standards.
* Lead and supervise site teams, including subcontractors and direct staff.
* Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
* Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
* Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Conduct regular site meetings and provide detailed progress reports.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably within civil or residential projects.
* In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction management, and health & safety protocols.
* Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Full clean driver's license.
