We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our business from inception to completion.

5. Support operations.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
8. Supervise and manage sales team.
9. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, main contractors, and stakeholders.
10. Implement and improve operational processes.
11. Resolve on-site issues and manage risk.
12. Monitoring and analyzing operational processes.
13. Identifying areas for improvement.
14. Implementing solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
* 7+ years of relevant experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
* Experience overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities, developing operational policies, and ensuring efficient workflow.
* Experience overseeing budgetary and financial matters, e.g. managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and developing strategies for increased product sales and product development.
