We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Technical Manager to lead our technical team in achieving project milestones and driving innovation. The Assistant Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing a team of engineers and developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products or services. You have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.

Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and oversee the release management process.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and performance. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation, and implement best practices to streamline workflows and deliver superior results.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project metrics and key performance indicators, assess project health, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
