Key Responsibilities:
* Support investment teams with tax structuring, due diligence, and modelling for acquisitions and M&A activities.
* Lead tax-related projects, collaborating with finance teams across multiple locations.
* Manage tax accounting processes, including key judgments, estimates, and disclosures.
* Ensure compliance with local corporate tax regulations, including return filings and tax payments.
* Identify and implement process improvements for tax efficiency and automation.
* Oversee transfer pricing aspects and optimize intercompany transactions.
* Monitor legislative tax changes to maintain regulatory compliance.
Your Experience:
* Master’s degree or professional certification in taxation (Finance, Accounting, or Law background preferred).
* 5–7 years of relevant tax experience (Big 4 experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
* Knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting principles is a plus.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
