They currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join their high-volume store in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.
As Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the store. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to leadership, as you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage the team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of retail associates
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Implement measures to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers
* Monitor KPIs and work with the team to achieve goals
* Analyse sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement
