A fantastic opportunity for experienced Site Managers to join the site management team of a Cork-based Developer and Contractor.
Cork based Developer and Contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on their residential projects in Cork City and County. With planning permission granted for 1000 housing units, there is a substantial amount of work coming into 2023 and beyond.
Salary & Package - €60-70k plus pension, expenses, bonus, and company vehicle all depending on experience.
Duties:
* The day-to-day activities involved in running the project.
* Monitoring all trades and labour activities on site.
* Ensuring sub-contractors are given feedback on their work.
* Ensuring all drawings & drawing registers are kept up to date.
* Assisting the Project and Contracts manager.
* Ensuring all engineering equipment is maintained and calibration is kept in date.
* Engaging fully in the process of delivering within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification or trades background preferred.
* Minimum 5 years' experience.
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* Excellent knowledge of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
