* People Management: You will be involved in mentoring and training staff, creating rotas, managing cash handling procedures, and overseeing stock management.
* Delivering Outstanding Quality, Service, and Store Profitability: You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring store profitability.
* Customer Services: You will provide excellent customer services, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Branding and Advertising: You will contribute to branding and advertising efforts to promote the business.
* Reporting and Metrics: You will analyze and interpret reports, metrics, and data to inform business decisions.
* Logistics: You will manage inventory control, ensure efficient logistics, and optimize supply chain operations.
* Internal Staff Meetings: You will facilitate regular internal meetings to discuss business performance, goals, and challenges.
What Skills Do You Need for this Pizza Store Assistant Manager Job?
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* A relevant food qualification or degree is a strong advantage.
* Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, or assistant manager in hospitality, food, or retail is essential.
* Experience of opening and closing stores, supervising staff, operating procedures, reporting, and costings is preferred.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills are necessary.
