Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers strong benefits and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, prepare, and process payroll for both hourly and salaried employees (weekly & monthly).
* Collaborate with HR, ensuring all relevant employee information is correctly reflected in payroll.
* Resolve payroll queries promptly, providing timely support to employees.
* Contribute to payroll process improvements, identifying efficiencies and best practices.
* Complete month-end payroll reports and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Prepare and submit CSO reports as required.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist with minimum 3 – 5 years' experience.
* Prior knowledge of payroll qualification is preferred but not essential.
* An excellent understanding of Irish payroll processes, tax, and legal frameworks is mandatory.
* A working knowledge of UK payroll is preferred.
* Proficient in the use of Sage.
