Post Summary
The School of Medicine seeks to appoint an Executive Officer providing high-level administrative support to the Leadership of the GHAP project during a period of significant growth and development. The Executive officer will provide essential administrative support to the Schools research activity over the next three years during this period of development.
Key Responsibilities
* Research administration including reporting, marketing & communications, budgeting, project management, and event management.
* Providing clerical and organisational support for the GHAP project.
Context
The Executive officer will support senior leadership with the day-to-day running of the GHAP project. The GHAP project supports two Senior Research Fellows and one PhD Student, though the group will grow during the lifetime of the project.
Requirements
* Strong service focus and excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work on their own initiative and resolve problems.
